Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss and grief these sessions are designed to support your journey towards healing and personal growth.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT
CBT is a highly effective form of talking therapy helping individuals manage and overcome challenges by identifying, understanding, and transforming unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. This evidence-based approach is widely used to treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and low mood. Through ongoing research and advancements, CBT continues to evolve, offering new techniques and strategies to support individuals on their journey to a better quality of life.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression IPT
IPT is a structured and evidence-based form of psychotherapy which aims to alleviate symptoms of depression, by improving interpersonal relationships and social functioning.
Depressive symptoms often arise as a direct response to unresolved disputes, role transitions, grief, or social isolation. IPT helps individuals enhance their communication skills, build healthier connections, and ultimately experience relief from their symptoms. IPT offers a focused and effective approach through improved interpersonal functioning.

Individualied Neurodivergent-affirming Support
Living with neurodivergence can bring unique challenges that affect many aspects of daily life, from communication and social interactions to managing sensory sensitivities or executive functioning.
Understanding individual needs is key. Resources such as tailored therapies can make a meaningful difference. With strengths-based therapeutic support and by fostering an inclusive and respectful environment, individuals with neurodivergence can work towards overcoming difficulties and harness their unique strengths.
