IPTA for adolescents IPTA
IPTA is an evidence-based treatment for treating adolescent depression.
It is offered individually to young people over the age of 13yrs. Parent/carers can be involved with consent from the adolescent.
IPTA may not be suitable if there is current clinical risk. If concerns are present, sessions are adapted to address the risk first.
