If you are considering referring to my practice, rest assured that you will be in capable and compassionate hands. I value the trust you place in me and strive to provide the highest quality of care for every individual, family or children and young people.
You will be offered an initial 15mins consultation FREE.
You will usually be offered an appointment for an assessment within two weeks of contacting the practice and if therapy is recommended then this can usually start straight away.
I accept self-funding clients and am recognised as a Counselling Psychologist by the following medical insurers:
Assessment
The initial assessment meeting is a chance for us to talk about your difficulties and to establish whether psychological therapy will be appropriate to address your difficulties.
At the assessment meeting we will also discuss the most appropriate therapeutic approach and agree on a provisional number of sessions. Occasionally, you may require a second assessment meeting to agree on the most appropriate treatment for you.
